Silvia Kumanova graduated with a bachelor degree in film and television production from National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts “Kr. Sarafov ”. Founder of the Foundation "R'art". She is a producer, executive producer and organizer of several productions. She wants to develop the Bulgarian cultural scene by creating and organizing various cultural events and producing feature and documentarie movies.
